Horrible attorney

I have been debited for an amount that too I didn't even give consent too, I didn't receive any type of documentation, call, sms no notification whatso ever which I signed to prove that my account can be debited and now nobody wants to actually help me with my request not even Nedbank how unprofessional. How can a bank be able to debit your account without your consent or knowledge, regardless of the case how is it legal without documents served how
