Horrible

I paid my FNB loan through Ismail and dahya on the 31st of March 2026 as per the settlement letter they sent me but I am still getting calls from FNB collections telling me I owe them. Been trying to get a paid up letter from Ismail and dahya but lately they ignore my messages. Ismail and dahya please provide me with a paid up letter
