Harassment of people not having any information with regards to deceased family members
My Sister passed away in 2021, Since 2023 I have been harassed by these people to make payment with regards to some account from FNB that I have no record or knowledge of.
I have been sending numerous emails explaining that I am not the executor of the estate and that I am almost certain that no estate was ever reported seeing that my sister had no assets to her name.
A person from their offices contacted me and screamed at me to keep quit while he was speaking, very rude and very unprofessional.
No matter how many times I keep on emailing them that I have nothing to do with this matter and that I have no knowledge thereof, they continue to harass me for this matter.
They are extremely unprofessional. Clearly no one at that office does any work seeing that they keep on harassing people not having anything to do with these matters.
I have asked in every single email to stop contacting me, but they just persist with their harassment.
