Disgusted at how ruthless these people are

My mother passed away in 2021. Somehow this Firm found my details - fine. Since then they have been harassing me and my family as though I owe this debt. Last year I informed them my Mother had ZERO assets and they can check that her estate wasn't even reported, i also provided them with Death Certificates to prove her death in 2021. Only for me to get a call from my previous work place today that they harassing them as well and I need to make contact to sort out my debt. HOW WAS A TRACE AUTHORIZED ON ME FOR PERSONAL INFORMATION WHO HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE DEBT??? AND THEN TO FURTHER CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATON ABOVE THAT. I am disgusted, I requested an email with an explanation - nothing. I have enquired and this trace has gone on MY record, and I say with tears in my eyes I am simply a 29yr old daughter who lost a Mother who owed this debt and had no assets, HOW AM I NOW RESPONSIBLE???
