Company is sack to work for.. Very bad wish ombudsman could come see whats happening in there

This company is a very very bad law firm and ran on ************** and ****** and some immature HR lady two weeks back we were forced to write good reviews on hello Peter and other social media platforms because nedbank client came to check them out we were obviously threatened by this HR lady if we didnt out in good reviews imagine they rob agents of their salary and incentive and you are forced to work until late whether or not you stay far they dont care and also there's this lady whose a manager Gladys one ugly lady who does not even have management skills always on people's necks with target but didn't listen to what we get over the calls even if the matter is prescribed she forces you to make a ptp one time was in a call with a potential debtor who wanted to settle his account but debtor ended up hanging up because of the noise by Gladys but she is a manager ,HR kindly know your job description
