Bunch of clowns

What a joke this firm is. They called me to settle an account. The DEMANDED that I make payment within 24 hours, and then the threat came, they will take this further. I made payment with reference number provided by them. I called them back and the the excuses/stories started....it takes 7 business days to process and allocate payment. I had to send proof of payment again, but thia time the storie was that I used the incorrect reference number. Its amazing how one person tells you a story and then the next one has a different storie.
