Bad service ida law and mbd legal ******

I paid my getbucks account in March and up till today they have not sent my paid up letter. These guys are ******, I have been waiting for a lady named Rani but it's been 7 months now and no help. Now I have MBD legal calling me for the same account. This is very annoying
