Bad communication by Ismail & Dayha INC Attorneys

I received a call from a Raj from Ismail & Dayha Attornets regarding my Vodacom account that was moved from Hammond Pole Attorneys to them for continuance of debt collection. 3 Major issues, I requested that they email me everything regarding our conversation and despite my calling them yesterday and being told to check my spam folder which i do several times a day. No they sent me and SMS with the banking details FNB Legal Practitioner Trust Account - Acc no. 6313....... and the ref no. I do not and will not pay anything on an SMS, I have just recently been ****med out of R19100 by a salesman for a car so no and I told them that. I also sent an email to Vodacom legal department regarding this matter and also back to the new attorneys and no response whatsoever. The no that Raj calls from is in red when he calls and is listed as spam and a Pretoria number. Something is not right
