Attorneys harassing my family for deceased account

Ismail & Dahya Attorneys is harassing us with emails and sms's for an account of late Mrs HI M Merrick, ID ***0785, who passed away on 12/06/2021. All documentation was sent to Kulula and FNB card divisions as well as these attorneys on two occassions who chose to ignore this. Now please, can someone,do something about this and put an end to this harassment and close this file as she was financially depending on us and was a SASSA pensioner. We are not going to the Master Office to get a letter of Executorship as she had nothing of her own as she was living with us since 2017.
