They incorrectly listed me at the credit bureau for an account that is written off and shows a zero balance. When you owe money, they are quick to call you multiple times a day, but the moment they need to fix their mistake, no one responds or takes responsibility. I’ve tried reaching out several times with no assistance. This kind of negligence and lack of professionalism is unacceptable—especially from a law firm that should know better.
