Account settled Dec 2020 - Still no paid-up letter!

Still harassed for payment although I have settle my account in 01 Dec 2020. I was promised a paid up letter when I sent in the proof of payment and I’ve received NOTHING. Just more reminders to pay the outstanding balance on my account....
