Staff are very ***********! I've been trying to pay my late fathers Estate Ivan Kenneth Oppel (***) based on the 20% discount offered by Ntombifuthi Mudau but she never replies to my numerous requests to pay although I want to pay! What a **** show! In addition, I keep gettinga call from these various different idiot staff members wanting me to discuss this issue over & over again!
