STAY AWAY....I repeat STAY AWAY!

This is for Island Auto Paarden Island.STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. If your insurance send you to them, REFUSE!From the beginning it was a struggle with this place. You can just feel the receptionists hate their job. Not friendly, bad at communication, take forever to get back to you and promises made that were never going to be kept.As for the Manager, he is a real piece if S**T. He only has this job because of his daddy and he has no skills with dealing with customers. His attitude towards my then 9 month pregnant wife was appalling from day 1.Once our car was finally repaired the back and forth to get a window replaced was a joke, again my 9 month pregnant wife had to deal with the window company, Island Auto were useless. Once it was finally fitted we discovered that they had broken the fuel flap on the car, and the manager refused to replace it, he said he would "fix it" which was getting his team to pop rivet it back together. This is the standards he sets for his business.Then once I reported this our insurance, he **** to them and said I broke the flap with my car key when opening it. Imagine the stupidity of this guy, thinking you could break durable plastic made for cars, with a car key. Seriously stay away form this place. Dot believe me?
