Shocking service by Auto Island Panel

Shocking service by Island Auto Panel, a First 4 Women approved vendor. Chesray Olie****er’s (apparently the manager)behaviour when collecting my car was the height of unprofessionalism. After weeks of trying to get hold of him and him blatantly not responding, he sat in his car while I collected my car. When I asked him to talk to me he ushered me to come towards his car while he sat still in it. When he eventually got out he was dismissive and rude. He has evaded all calls from me.. and my brother. His staff always had some sort of excuse. At times, they would say he is there and when I ask to speak to him they would leave and return saying “he’d just left”. The calls were all pertaining to my car as his team (Tina, Bianca, Venerish) kept giving me wrong information about when my car would be available. The last few days was the worst. I had to constantly change my meetings, arrange a lift home, etc. which caused a lot of stress round my work and home life. I had explained this to the ladies but kept getting wrong information and shocking service. I am concerned that F4W would approve Auto Island as a vendor. On viewing their google reviews it’s clear that this kind of service is the rule rather than the exception. I will not be returning my car there in future.
