Rectification of my car repairs

I need help. I was hijack attempted in 2023 May 26. My car got involved in an accident during the hijack and on the 29th of May 2023 I took my car for assessment and it was assessed, please see attached. Island Auto Panelbeaters Brackenfell was selected to repair my car and my car was delayed to be repaired for over 3 and eventually it was booked in with it took over 60 days to be completed. In that 5 month of the process to repair my car it was not fixed properly according to the factory standard, instead it was butchered just to be done but these people were paid over R60,000 to repair my car because they later asked for additional parts. Today I have a car that is leaking with water when it's raining, dust is coming in the car when I drive off-road, cold air coming in the tailgate when it's cold and windy. When I noticed those issues few days later I took it back to them and said I have an issue with my tailgate and they tried to forge whatever they were doing but it never came right. The tailgate is not properly aligned, valance it's filled with car body filler they did not cut and join the valance, the right hand side rear panel is also not properly fixed because it breaks the back light and the window. My car needs a make over or rectification on the valance and the right hand side rear panel and the tailgate to be aligned, replace the rubber and hinges.

I had another accident on the left hand side with was fixed to the factory standard but the second repairer brought into my attention that my car was not properly fixed, the tailgate, valance and the right hand side rear panel is filled with car body filler and that's not a right way of fixing the especially if the insurance paid out.

I approached my insurance and bright this to their attention and they said I my take it to the assessor again which I did and I was told that I need to take the car for rectification at Island Auto Panelbeaters Brackenfell but Island Auto Panelbeaters Brackenfell refuses to do the rectifications. I have been back and forth with them and the insurance company Discovery Insure but they just don't want to help.
