Beware of Island Auto Paarden Island – Absolute Worst Service Ever!

Do not, under any circumstances, let your insurer send your car to Island Auto Paarden Island. This place is a nightmare! The service is absolutely atrocious, and the workmanship is beyond terrible. From the moment my client's car was dropped off, it was clear that the management is completely *********** and the staff couldn't care less about their customers. It took 3 rounds of repair work to get it right. Why the staff have such a bad attitude is a mystery !

There was zero communication throughout the entire process. I had to constantly chase them for updates, only to be met with a shocking attitude every single time. The staff are rude, unprofessional, and seem to have no interest in actually fixing cars. When I finally got my car back, it was clear that the repairs were done carelessly and with no attention to detail.

This is hands down the worst experience I've ever had with an auto repair shop. Save yourself the frustration and take your car anywhere else. Island Auto Paarden Island is a joke, and the fact that insurers are still using them is beyond comprehension. Stay far, far away! How Discovery Insure or any other insurer are associated with them is beyond my understanding. It has been so embarrassing dealing with this claim, as a broker on behalf of a client.
