WORST PRODUCT

Not happy with products. I started getting the worst breakout (big painful ****les) after about three weeks of using this product. I decided to keep using it, but after about three months my skin was in such a bad condition that I decided to contact IG. They are not willing to assist me by taking back the products and rather ask me if they can send me something to use for the ****les. I asked if the manager could email me (all conversations happened via email) and the consultant said that the manager will not be able to assist me. I even sent pictures of my skin so that the consultant can see how awful it looks. I am paying for a product I cannot use. On their website it says that customers are important to them, which is a lie. I will never support IG again. They did not even try to contact me telephonically regarding this matter. I am disgusted.
