Worst Customer Service

The worst customer experience. I called in for two weeks trying to cancel my order, but all they ever say is a consultant will call you back, two weeks later, no callback. their excuse is we had holidays and a backlog etc. I believe this is a delay tactic so that they can debit towards month-end. I will not recommend this company to anyone. After-sales service is the worst. they don't care about their customers' needs.
