Wonderful Sales Experience! Impressed!

Hi guys!! I would LOVE to leave a huge great satisfaction review from the service I received from Your staff today telephonically. I had initially ordered products, received my delivery and upon receipt I had some few queries on the items. I called in and was assisted by Masana. My biggest worry now was I thought I would have to be responsible in couriering back the items and would have to wait another 5-7 days to receive correct stock, but with the thanks of this lady I was assisted and expecting my items to be delivered to my doorstep once again. I won’t like as a first time client, I panicked but this lady reassured me that all will be well. I have just received a text message confirming my order is on its way!!!! I am beyond Happy!!
