Wonderful resolution of item missing from original order.

I placed an order and after receiving it, I noticed that the perfume I requested had been missed from the order, but had not noticed that it had been omitted from the invoice when I paid for the order. When this was rectified by Katlego, she gave me a lovely gift of another bottle of perfume which was quite unexpected and very much appreciated.
