Why must it be a pain to merely cancel!?

So cancellations are a pure hassle with these guys, you must give them a reason that will satisfy them. If that irritates you & you vocalize it, they tell you how to feel by telling that you don't need to be agitated. They insist on processing cancellations on the phone so they will then try to hold you hostage with these nonsense questions & offers. Weird how sweet they are when they sign you up & lure you in.
