Vouchers are as good as cash
I would like to thank this company of good service especially on delivery time as well as good products. I however had a complaint and hope they have since reviewed and taken my suggestions into consideration. I think they need to review their rules on customers using gift cards or vouchers not receiving free fragrances as per online advertising. It's misleading and creates frustration as according to myself they are as good as cash. Apart from this dark spot, I honestly love their delivery time. It's fast.

To clarify the website gifting structure we have:
To qualify for the website free delivery, you need to spend R350 - R499 (excludes free perfume).
To qualify for the free 1x perfume gifting plus free delivery, you must spend a minimum of R500-R749 (excluding delivery) on our website.
To qualify for 2x free perfumes and free Delivery you need to spend R750 and more (excluding delivery).
*Please note, if a voucher is used on the order, you will have to spend R500 - R750 over and above your voucher amount to qualify.
On both the website and the mobile site, the gifting will be added automatically to the cart once the products have been added.
Once the voucher has been app****, two light pink banners will appear at the top of the order stating that an additional amount needs to be added to the cart in order to qualify for the relevant free shipping and gifting.
The gifting is also removed from the cart at this point.
When the required amount, as stated above, is added to the cart the gifting is added back accordingly.
