Very late delivery poor feedback

I used to use Isabella Garcia products a while ago and was very satisfied with the product, I stopped using them because it takes ages for them to deliver and if you phone them the people are so rude. I decided to use them again, because it is the only product that works for my kind of skin, but after my first order I was reminded why I stopped using them ! I ordered my goods on 30/04/2019. After placing the order they told us delivery will be within the next 5-7 working days. Taking into account the public holidays the goods should have arrived here today on the latest! When I phoned them they told me it was only shipped out on the 3rd of May because they 1st had to put it into their system ! I cannot believe that in these times they cannot process your order asap. Maybe they should use Takealot to ship and deliver their goods.
