VERY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE

I am writing this with a very heavy heart as I have called x3 and no one has escalated my query about the DEFAULT DEBIT ORDER that went through on the 7th Dec. No one gets back to me and it is the very first time I am receiving such bad service from Isabella Garcia. I cannot keep calling them as they need to tell me what they are going to do about what they have done.
