I have been with Isabella Gacia for two years and have always been happy with their products. Unfortunately, going into my third year, I could no longer afford to continue with the products, so I contacted them to cancel my contract.

I was under the impression that the contract could be cancelled at any time, and I had already paid everything that was due during the two years that I was with them. I was therefore extremely disappointed to suddenly receive a bill for over R2,000, claiming that I owe money that I was never aware of.

I am honestly very disappointed with how this has been handled. The products are good, and if my financial situation improved in the future, I would have happily considered going back to Isabella Cachia. However, receiving an unexpected bill after cancelling the contract has completely changed how I feel about the company.

I would appreciate a clear explanation of where this amount comes from, because I do not believe I should be charged an amount that was never communicated to me when I requested the cancellation.

I hope this matter can be investigated and resolved fairly.
