VERY BAD SERVICE FROM ISABELLA GARCIA

I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service from Isabella Garcia. I cancelled my contract with them but they still keep taking money off my account every month. I have sent emails, I have phoned and still no joy. When you ask to speak to the person you previously spoke to, you get told they can't transfer calls (I find this very strange considering what a big company they are and yet they cannot transfer a call) When I send an email and believe me, I have sent numerous emails, I basically get the same response every time....thank you for reaching out to us. We have received your request and have escalated it to the appropriate department etc. No consultant comes back to me?

They are very quick to take money off a person's account but drag their heels when it comes to paying you back what they took off your account even though your account has been cancelled and you did not receive the products that they are deducting every month. Today the consultant that I spoke to tells me that they are waiting on approval from the manager to transfer the money back into my account, what a JOKE!!! They took money off my account without my consent, taking money for products I did not receive and where it specifically shows on their system that I have cancelled with them and yet, they now have to wait for authorisation in order to pay me back.

When I first bought from them, it was great. The second, third year they automatically sent me more products and then a few months later sent more products (including a lot of items that I definitely did not want) resulting in me giving handbags, lipstick etc away as I do not wear the colour lipsticks that they kept sending me neither do I use the kind of handbags that they just automatically send and then charge you for. (Believe me, these products are not cheap either that I ended up paying for and giving away) They will send you handbags, eyelash curlers, lipsticks, little samples of hand sanitizers etc, all things that I definitely did not sign up for. When I signed up it was to get night creams, moisturizers and face wash for my skin but they will send lots of other products without your permission and charge you for it.

Be very careful when considering to buy from them, they are as bad as so many other companies out there. Very poor customer service, broken promises, not easy to get your money back. I am beyond frustrated and angry. I am a 60 year old who no longer earns a lot of money and that was one of my main reasons for cancelling with them, the other reason being that I was not happy with their products that they sent.
