unwanted products delivered

i would like to express my deep disappointment for ever crossing paths with this product. i received products from them and i wasn't happy because i experienced breakout. i still paid for the products and once they took the last debit i asked them to not send any more product and not take my money. To my surprise i received another debit order and a day later the same package i asked them not to send was sent to my address. i called on Monday and asked to have the package collected as i did say i do not want the products they don't work on my skin tone. todate no one has called me to advise when will they send back my money and collect their package. horrific service.
