Unsatisfied

I joined last year July and my 12 months ended this year August where the package was fully paid whilst I was employed. I received another package last week Friday which I did not expect and I sent an email for it to be collected as I am now unemployed and cannot afford to pay for it. The products doesn't actually work for me as I have an oily acne prone skin and the products received last year is basically just for normal to dry skin.

I ended up giving it away and just paid for it as it was already opened. I was told in an email I'll be called withing 2-3 working days but nothing yet. I would like the package to be collected and the debit order to be cancelled please. I don't want owe Isabella for something that I am not even using.
