Unprofessional

I was contacted by a sales person who started rambling off her sales pitch before even asking me if it is a convenient time to speak. Then asked if she could go ahead and capture the deal. I told het that I want to have a look at my budget first as I have extra expenses next year. She then continued to explain to me why I will be saving. Again I told her that I wanted to look at my budget first and that it is not a convenient time for me to speak. She asked me when she can phone me and I told her 12h00. I wanted to take up the offer and waited until 13h00 for the call. I was phoned a couple of days later at 15h30 in the afternoon which at point in time was not a convenient for me to speak asked that she call me at 16h30. She rep**** stating she only works until 16h00 and asked if she can phone in the morning. I said yes, she asked what time. I was still thinking at what meetings I had in the morning to give her a convenient time when she said \You tell me to phone you after 12h00 and when I phone you are not there.
