Unhappy with Isabella Garcia's refund policy processes

I contacted Isabella on the 22nd of April to inform them that products they sold to me did not work as they promised and they even promised full money back guarantee should the products not work which is the case. First contact was on the 22nd today is the 9th of May they still haven't refunded me and it's always me who has to follow up. On the 25th I was called by Gugu from Isabella who then said within 3 to 5 days the driver will come fetch their products so that they can refund me but still to date nothing has happened and again I'm the one who must follow up when they are the one who called to sell me the products and convinced me they are going to work even when I told the consultant that nothing works on the face she convinced me that these ones will work which is a big fat lie,they did not work and left my face with spots and ****les instead
