unhappy customer

I got a call from Isabella Garcia offering skin analysis and recommendation on the products they offer. in July they sent me products that they recommended, i started using their products in august because i wanted to finish the older products i was having before. my skin started to develop ****les, dry out and getting dark. i continued using the products hoping my skin will get used to the products, however there was no change. i stopped using the products and went back to use my old products my skin is getting normal again. I called the company explaining the situation i was told unfortunately they cant help i have to continue to pay the products am not using for value of R3600 and still sitting the dark marks i got from using their products.
