Unhappy customer

I am one unhappy customer I bought a firming gel on the special instructions section I typed a message of what I wanted but clearly no one decided to follow. then what's the point of putting that section if the customers wishes won't come first. I also sent them an email to to remove me as their system as an ambassador but no one has responded until now I no longer want those ambassador items they must just refund my money
