Unhappy and not satisfied

I bought facial products from Isabella Garcia.It was the start of a nightmare.I used the facial products for over 2months and it caused such a bad irritation and dark marks around my face and cheek bones.I immediately contacted the company unfortunately the lady on the line asked to take down my details and will contact me back regarding my complaints I waited over weeks with a terrible face and with no call back regarding my complaint.When I called the company back again I was told that I will be contacted within 3-5 days.Still there was no luck,I senr several emails regarding my compliant and at this time the company was busy deducting money from my bank account even after I had a compliant inline with them.I tried to reach them out even via Facebook messenger.Ibwas later informed that my 30day has passed and no complaint will be entertained.Till this day I get bank notifications that they will be deducting money in my account.They were so unprofessional to even have someone call me selling more products to me instead of sorting out my complaint.I have had the far worse service and would not recommend them to anyone .I have proof of emails and conversations.
