Unfavourable treatment

I ordered a set of facial products from IG in 2021 the contracr was due to end last year March 2022. They then sent another set amd i told the consultany who called that i did not drsire their product as it was not beneficial to my skin and i was not even using the previous years products..then i sent them back i then informed them but they are still deducting money from my account....i have made several calls and sent emails to have them terminate my contract but they are still debiting my account for goods that i don't have
