Unfair treatment and delay in delivery of goods.

I ordered cosmetics at the beginning of November. They recieved proof of payment from my bank via the Internet. They asked me for the order and I had to reinstate the order on their website. I added another product and paid the difference using the same bank. They also recieved that proof of payment. When I followed up they say they can't approve my order. They now need a pdf format with a bank stamp and account number. I asked why was I not told this in the first place and since I never went to tellers I do not have any other proof except for what came directly to them from my bank. On Friday I asked them to verify my deposits from their bank statements. They don't notify me of any progress or delays. Today I called again they are yet to check. They are about to close for holidays and my order is not finalised. They are taking me from pillar to post.
