Unfair Debit Without Consent and Lack of Email Confirmation

I recently had a lovely conversation with one of your lovely consultants who contacted me regarding a VIP membership offer related to skincare products. Being interested in skincare, I was open to exploring the products they mentioned. However, during the conversation, the consultant presented a comprehensive list of offerings. I politely requested that she send me an email with the details of the offer since I was at work and unable to make an informed decision on the spot.

Despite my request for an email confirmation before any deductions were made from my account, I was surprised to find that on March 28th, my account was debited without receiving any email regarding the offer. I assumed the email might still be on its way, but to my dismay, I received a delivery this week without having had the opportunity to review and potentially modify the offer to better suit my needs.

This situation is disappointing as I wanted the chance to verify the offer's details and make adjustments if necessary or decline the offer and proceed with a regular purchase. I believe this lack of communication and unilateral action regarding my account's debit is unfair and does not align with standard customer service practices.
