Understanding and caring company

I just want to thank a lady named Nosh for the considerate way in which she reminded me that my debit order did not go through. Most companies would just threatening you with lawyers when one lousy debit order does not go through, without even finding out where the problem lies. My salary did not pay in on time and Nosh had the decency to call me and asked whether I wanted to move my debit date and even extended my terms for me. I really feel valued as a client.
