Unauthorized Supply and billing
I have received a package under I dist not authorize for or order. I don't want to renew my supply for the next 12 months. I made an enquiry with your consultant who advise that since I received a supply last year I would receive it continuously unless I stated otherwise. How do you supply me with products without confirming if I need them and can afford them. Please arrange for the supply to be collected ASAP..
