Unauthorized money taken from my account

This account paid up in May 2025, till today they deduct different amounts of my bank account, I have received an email from them that they confirm that all my hampers has been cancelled, but till today they deduct different amounts 1396.89, 1778.11, 1196.64, 988.61, 1809.92, 1240.74, 1398.76, 1417.65, 1826.87 and this is just from Dec2025 - to 30 April 2025, I don't even have previous total from May 2025 - Nov 2025 - So what is this,? and on my bank statement show that it is Isabella Garcia, and i still get sms or mails from them stating i am an Ambassador, i have even send all parcels back not even accept free gifts, how do i get them to stop deduct money of my account if the right process was followed, I can send emails all that i get is no reply just about their product line and i am an Ambassodor... I dont need that and i had made it clear to them in my phone call May 2025 and emails
