Unauthorised double debit
They debited my account twice, on the 24th and on the 1st. The one that was debited yesterday was not authorised. I’m not even using their products because they bad for my skin, I wanted to cancel the subscription, but I couldn’t because I was told that I need to pay the full amount of the products that I’m not using. I am so annoyed with this brand
