Unauthorised debit, no product, no refund

I contacted Isabella Garcia, in writing, through the channels I was asked to use and explained that I cannot have a debit order with them as I cannot afford it. I never received any products from them and even though I owe them for nothing they refuse to acknowledge my emails or refund me. These people are *******, do NOT sign up with them.
