Unauthorised Debit From My Account

After my Mom received the free trial of beauty products from Isabelle Garcia she ordered the monthly subscription but this was cancelled and it was confirmed by one of the agnets at I.G but they still went ahead and debited my mother's bank account with R254.77. I tried to call them to refund the money and to stop any future debits but they are closed 5 & 6 October??? <br> <br> I need confirmation in writing that my Mother's account will not be debited again and if it does I will file a complaint of *****.
