Unauthorised debit from my account

I received goods from IG just before month end September 2017, I contacted IG to inform them that i do not need these products and i am unable to pay for it. The lady assured me that my account will not be debited. On the 1st of October to my surprise my bank account was debited with and amount of R650.00, i contacted them to inform them of this. i was then told that i will only be reimbursed once the goods are received by themselves. they kept sending me sms's stating that the package will be collected on the 7th of October. it was only collected on the 24th of October. the following day i received a call from the delivery company that collected the box to confirm if it was collected. Today, 2nd of October i contact IG once again to ask them how far my claim was. i was told that they will have to check for me and get back to me. I than received a sms reading i will only be reimbursed within 7-10 working days!!!! i contacted them again to find out when they did they contact the delivery company and i was told TODAY, which means had i not phoned them to query about the reimbur*****t n o one would have bothered to contact the delivery company to find out. The lady who assisted me today was very corky and i will never recommend this product or company to any of my friends or family! !!! Absolutely unacceptable!!!!
