I had a misunderstanding with my previous consultant regarding the financial commitment I would be entering so I called to cancel the package upon receiving it because as a student I was panicking on how I'm going to pay back the money. My concern was forwarded to a lady named Trudy and she was absolutely phenomenal! She understood where I was coming from and empathized with me! It didn't feel like I was talking to a consultant, it felt like an older sister was setting me at ease! I'm absolutely pleased with the service I received.
