I recently emailed Isabella Garcia to cancel my order as lockdown has had a tremendous impact on my finances.
Janelle contacted me today, as friendly and professional as I have always experienced the IG team. Assisted me in such a friendly way.
At the end I only amended my order to fit my budget.
Thank you Janelle for helping me today. You really made it so much easier to still keep the products I love and still being able to afford it!
