Tired of waiting for a response
I have been trying since March to cancel my next order. I contacted your call centre 3 times, and was told someone would call me within 48 hours, I then sent two messages on your website, and received only 1 response to say that someone would call me within 48 hours. I have now had a poor man come into my office to deliver my product to me, and I chased him out of my office, and told him to take your product back to you. WHY ARE YOU NOT LISTENING TO YOUR SO CALLED AMBASSADORS???? I now don't want ANY MORE of your products, your bad service has left a bad taste in my mouth. Please remove me from your emailing/calling list.
