Tired of explaining

I am extremely frustrated in trying to get answers. For the past 4 years I've been contacted via email about an supposed arears account. I do not have an account, I once received a gift from Isabella Garcia through Platinum life, and that is where it started. I have responded on the emails sent to me but I have not received any response after. I tried phoning the number on your website a couple of times but the accounts department is met with a busy tone. I am not aware of any signed agreement nor do I know or even remember what I received and what I must pay for. I have asked in my mails for the documents to see what I received, when and where and why for the life of me I would even order such rediculious amount thing if I cannot affort it. I do not useIsabella products nor do I want to. If someone can please explain to me what happened and how it went from a gift to an arrears account which I did not agreed upon.!! A gift is for free. The collection agency confirmed that I am not the only one with this issue. Sowhere between Isabella and Platinum Life is an issue and I need it resolved as it is affecting my credit score. I have never been unreasonable. If I have ordered it and signed for it I will be happy to pay. But I am not paying for a supposed "Free Gift" from 4 years ago!
