I don't know where to begin other than to say I am fuming. I recieved a call early December from a call agent saying I had been chosen as one of their leading ladies (or something along those lines) and that I'd be receiving a hamper on the 11th. Note, I have never used or purchased anything from them in my life so it came as quite a surprise but it sounded lovely. The call agent took my details (stupid me) and said a form would be attached with the hamper and should I be happy and satisfied with their products I could subscribe to receive monthly hampers etc. The free (gift) hamper NEVER arrived on the 11th and needless to say I just presumed it was a spam call and haven't thought about it since. Until this evening when I recieved a notification that over R200 had been deducted from my account by Isabella Garcia. I am devestated. I feel ******. I don't know what to do or how to handle the situation. What is preventing it from happening again. I want my money bac****!
