The response to my complaint was unrelated
I complained because they dit not tel me that the price of the prodcuts on the website is different from the price I am paying on my order. The customer care response to that was that there is no payment plan on the website, that was never the question. I selected my products and calculated the costs according the web price and was surprised that some of the products prices different on my invoice when I received the order. I did mention that I would like to speak to them but they did not phone me
