The consultant was very patient with me because I had about 3 questions/ queries that she explained clearly that I will not ask again
The consultant was very patient with me because I had about 3 questions/ queries that she explained clearly that I will not ask again. She was very polite and helpful. What I also liked is that she made sure before we end our conversation that I understood every aspect of what I phoned for.
